Managed to squeeze in a couple hours with Dad at Motorclassica this weekend, at the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne; an absolutely gorgeous event, displaying some stunning vehicles in a beautiful building.
The building itself was completed in 1880, and was the first building in the country to be given a World Heritage Listing in 2004.
Such an eclectic design inspired by many sources (Gothic, Rundbogenstil, with Romanesque and Renaissance touches) as were the vehicles themselves, spanning 100 years and from around the globe; this truly has truly become an International Event; a place where architecture and car design meet 😊 M
