I was fortunate to be given the honour of thanking our guest speakers Cas and Jonesy at a financial services conference on the Goldcoast.
Their amazing journeys ‘Crossing the ditch’ and ‘Crossing the Ice’ were truly inspirational, and a great way to open a conference.
It certainly brought back memories, having paddled across Bass Strait with my own team a few years earlier.
We paddled ocean racing surf skis, being the first people in history to cross the Strait on surf skis.
Life is adventure!
